People who are abused or ill-treated in the care industry whether in Hospitals, Care Homes or residential homes can now use this platform to raise their voices. We are able to investigate complaints within the care industry. We streamline and better understand the requirement by providing advice and registering complaints to ensure these are not repeated. We work with many partner agencies to help ensure we deliver our services.
